Our Outplacement Programs for individuals include the following components:
We help individuals come to terms with all aspects of retrenchment including anger, hurt and confidence.
We provide advice on job vacancy searches, where to look and which industry related websites to focus on.
In particular, identifying motivations, transferable skills and types of roles that may be of interest to the individual.
We review the employee’s resume, recommend improvements, and in some cases, put together a new, revised and up to date document.
Advising candidates on how to write effective and professional letters of introduction, or cover letters to support applications.
We provide training in behavioral based interview techniques and conduct interview role-playing.

Module 1 - One-on-One Outplacement consisting of:
